VAM Systems is currently looking for Technical Support Engineer for our UAE operations with the following skillsets & terms and conditions:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Management of Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
• Talented and enthusiastic individual to join the Service Desk Team should have certifications such ITIL, Microsoft are added value.
• Provide Network and Telecommunication services for both internal and external customers in effective, efficient and timely manner in order to deliver the agreed service levels.
• Provide, maintain and monitor organization’s desktop computing environment for both internal and external customers in effective, efficient and timely manner to
